Gaining market leadership is an accomplishment in itself for any business. Maintaining it, however, is a true triumph. As the pioneer of the liftgate industry, we have defined the elements required for success. As the leader, we not only apply them to our business, but are constantly striving to improve upon them. The following are some of the distinguishing attributes that make up THE MAXON EXPERIENCE.

  • A progressive design software used to create 3-Dimensional,
    moving models.

  • Allows for review of a design and its functionality from every angle.

  • Performs strength, strain and interference tests on a computer
moving models.model, so any necessary changes can be
moving models.made before any fabrication begins.

  • Easily converts 3D models into flat print drawings, completely
    moving models.eliminating draft errors.

  • Technologically accelerated software cuts drawing lead times
moving models.in half, enabling us to respond to customer
    moving models.needs even faster.

  • Enables engineers to design beyond the liftgate itself.
moving models. This software allows us to create the simplest
and most efficient methods to ship and package the units.

  • Maxon is expanding globally with the infrastructure to support large
international fleets. We look forward to the opportunity of working
    with you.

Maxon 1957

  • Product Certifications are performed, monitored and documented
by both Quality and Engineering Departments.

  • Quality control procedures are used throughout the
manufacturing process, including the principles of Six Sigma,

  • 100% of our MTB and BMRA models are cycle tested at our factory,
eliminating the need for adjustment that normally takes place
    at the installation point.

  • All of our liftgate products undergo a 4 Stage Paint Process,
which consists of cleaning, etching, priming and painting with
high-gloss automotive finish, to ensure a long lasting protective
seal against the forces of nature.
