MAXON supplies Royal Mail with the first two test units
August 2008
For many years Royal Mail has relied on RSG tail lifts for their delivery needs. Following the demise of RSG, MAXON decided to provide Royal Mail with two new tail lifts for evaluation. Building on the existing RSG tail lift specification, the two models include enhancements to further product reliability and durability. The RS15FA flat alloy platform cantilever tail lift is fitted to a 7.5t truck, and the RS15FS flat steel platform is installed on an 18t GVW truck. Both models are CE compliant and provide Royal Mail with their exact requirements.
Update – both of the MAXON tail lifts continue in service, successfully proving the capabilities of the MAXON products.
